1. Sponsor & Giveaway Overview

The Nursery Must-Haves Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Moon Milk (the “Sponsor”), a Wisconsin-based business.

Hatch and Tubby Todd have generously gifted products for inclusion in this Giveaway. Moon Milk is responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner, and fulfilling and shipping the prize.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, when the official Giveaway post is published on Moon Milk's Instagram account, @shop.moonmilk.

The Giveaway ends on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT).

Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.

One potential winner will be randomly selected on Monday, October 26, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM CT.

Moon Milk's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

  • Are legal residents of the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Have a valid Instagram account.

  • Comply with these Official Rules.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and locations outside the United States are not eligible.

Moon Milk's owners, employees, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Nursery Must-Haves Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. LIKE the official Giveaway post published on @shop.moonmilk.

  2. FOLLOW all three Instagram accounts:

    • @shop.moonmilk

    • @tubbytodd

    • @hatchforbabysleep

  3. TAG at least one friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.

All three steps must be completed before the Giveaway Period closes.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person. Additional comments, tags, or shares will not increase the chances of winning.

No purchase, payment, or product review is required to participate.

Entries generated by bots, automated methods, or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.

Participants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

5. Giveaway Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Nursery Must-Haves Prize Bundle featuring products from Moon Milk, Hatch, and Tubby Todd.

The prize bundle includes:

  • Moon Milk Nursery Mini Fridge 2.0 — Approximate Retail Value: $169.99

  • Moon Milk On-The-Go Cooler Bag — Approximate Retail Value: $25.00

  • Hatch Baby Sound Machine — Approximate Retail Value: $89.99

  • Tubby Todd Baby Bundle — Approximate Retail Value: $47.00

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $331.98

Hatch and Tubby Todd gifted their respective products for inclusion in the Giveaway.

Only one (1) prize bundle will be awarded.

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

If a prize component becomes unavailable, Moon Milk reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.

Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM CT.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules before being confirmed as the winner.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

The potential winner will be contacted through an Instagram direct message from Moon Milk's official Instagram account, @shop.moonmilk, on October 26, 2026.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.

To claim the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide:

  • Full name

  • Valid shipping address within the contiguous United States

  • Email address

  • Confirmation of eligibility

Moon Milk will never request payment or credit card information to claim a prize.

If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Moon Milk may randomly select an alternate winner.

This process may be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed.

8. Prize Shipping & Delivery

Moon Milk will coordinate and cover the cost of standard shipping for the complete prize bundle to the confirmed winner within the contiguous United States.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Moon Milk will make reasonable efforts to ship the prize within 14 business days after the winner's eligibility and shipping information have been confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Moon Milk is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

If required by law, Moon Milk may request additional information for tax reporting purposes.

10. Publicity & Winner Announcement

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Moon Milk may publicly announce the confirmed winner's Instagram username on its social media accounts.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Moon Milk to identify the winner by Instagram username in connection with announcing the Giveaway results, without additional compensation.

No other use of the winner's name, likeness, or personal information is authorized by this provision.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used solely for Giveaway administration, eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to Moon Milk's marketing emails or text messages.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Moon Milk's Privacy Policy, available on www.shopmoonmilk.com.

12. General Conditions

Moon Milk reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates these Official Rules.

  • Submits fraudulent or automated entries.

  • Attempts to interfere with the Giveaway or winner selection process.

  • Provides false or misleading eligibility information.

If fraud, technical difficulties, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond Moon Milk's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Moon Milk reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, Moon Milk may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where lawful and practicable.

All decisions regarding eligibility, entry validation, and winner selection will be made by Moon Milk in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

13. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Moon Milk, its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Moon Milk is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, lost or delayed entries, or Instagram platform disruptions outside its reasonable control.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants agree to release Instagram from responsibility arising from or related to this Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants understand that they are providing information to Moon Milk, not Instagram.

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any nonwaivable rights available to participants under applicable law.
